Return policies are not the same in store and online.

IN-STORE PURCHASES - RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We will exchange or issue a merchandise credit within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. Returned merchandise must not have been washed, worn or damaged. Returned items must have their original labels and a valid receipt.

All sale items, underwear and jewelry are final sales. Unfortunately no exchange or return will be accepted for these items.

ONLINE PURCHASES - SHIPPING RATES

  • Pick-up in store : $0 
  • Free shipping for all order over $125 before taxes (QC only)
  • Shipping within Quebec : 18$
  • shipping outside of Quebec : 22$

ONLINE PURCHASES - RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We will exchange or refund, in the original form of payment, any merchandise within 14 days of the date of shipment. Returned merchandise must not have been washed, worn or damaged. Returned items must have their original labels and a valid receipt. You must absolutely obtain a return number before reshipping. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs are not covered.

All sale items, underwear and jewelry are final sales. Unfortunately no exchange or return will be accepted for these items. All refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return package.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN REQUEST

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase

  1. you must write to us at the following address to obtain a return number: [email protected]
  2. you must enter the following information in your email
    1. your name
    2. the name of the article
    3. the reason for the return
    4. if you want an exchange or a refund
  3. you will need to write down the return number that we will send you by email on a piece of paper and include it in your reshipment package. Return address : 15A Cartier, Pointe-Claire, Qc, H9S 4R5

RETURN TO STORE

If you prefer to return the purchases you made online to the Pointe-Claire store, come see us during our opening hours. We will follow the "online purchase" exchange and refund policy.

TAXES

In accordance with applicable provincial and federal laws, sales taxes are applicable on all items purchased from the Kiva Boutique online store.
